To facilitate the delivery process, our company additionally offers a full range of customs clearance services.

Customs clearance of imports and exports

For import documentation, a contract is signed with a customs broker, who gives full consultation on customs payment by rate and a full list of documents, certificates, and permits. Thereafter, accreditation is carried out at the place of documentation of the goods, a preliminary declaration is made, and the declared customs duties are paid. If all the necessary documents are available, a cargo customs declaration is made; the goods are inspected and documented.

For documentation of export, the customs regime is chosen. It depends on the type of product and determines the list of necessary documents, the procedure for documenting an export declaration, the amount of customs duties.

Provision of a certified customs warehouse

The customs warehouse provides free temporary storage services. The main condition – the mandatory declaration of goods and the filing of an application for storage at customs.

The application is submitted together with the cargo documents, technical passport, and contract with the warehouse. At the same time, customs may refuse storage for a number of reasons. The optimal solution – a certified customs warehouse of a freight forwarding company.

Before placing the cargo, warehouse workers carefully check all its parameters: weight, dimensions, labeling, and packaging. If necessary, take samples and conduct tests. All information is documented and provided upon request. In case the expiration date is approaching, the owner of the goods is notified in a timely manner. Such a storage system is convenient and safe. Its use gives the cargo owner a guarantee of safety and legal protection in case of unforeseen situations.

Certification of Goods

For the import and export of products, its certification is required by law, confirming the quality and compliance with the declared characteristics. The list of required documents is determined by the inventory. Typically, the list consists of a certificate of conformity to a quality standard, a declaration of conformity, a fire certificate and a certificate of state registration.

Several certification and import declaration schemes are used. In the first scheme, the certificate is documented on the importer’s name. The document contains information about the importer, manufacturer and the contract between them. The contract in two languages is attached to the certificate, which is valid for one year.

The second scheme is simpler. In it, the certificate is documented on the manufacturer’s name. But its use has a lot of limitations. For example, such a product cannot be declared, and only the certification body that issued it can confirm the authenticity of the certificate. This scheme is used in the delivery of products to several importers, but its convenience is very doubtful.
